When I found out one of my daughters was allergic to milk I was beside myself. I love milk and cheese and I wouldn't be able to enjoy this with my daughter. Our allergist suggested that we try rice and soy milk to see what we like. We hated the rice milk and hated the first soy milk we tried. Once we tried silk I knew we could make it work. Now my entire family drinks it and no one is looking back. We can cook with it, use it in coffee and cereal and drink it plain. I highly recommend it for allergy sufferers and everyone else!
