I am a strict vegetarian and I do not use milk so I use substitutes like almond, soy, or coconut milk. This coconut milk is really nice and it has a light flavor that is delicious but not at all overwhelming. You can use this just like regular milk, in coffee, for baking, just for drinking, anything really.

Silk Pure Coconut Milk is by far the best tasting coconut milk on the market. It has the perfect consistency and isn't too overwhelming with a coconut flavor. It's a perfect substitute for milk and for cooking and baking as well. It has a lot more nutrition in it than regular milk. It's relatively expensive, but it's worth every penny if you're a loyal coconut milk fan like I am!

I don't understand why the flavor was changed. The old flavor tasted so good! It actually tasted like coconut! I would tell others about it and try to turn them on to the product. Since the introduction of this do called great new flavor, I have to change to the competitor... So Delicious. This change of flavor has truly upset me. I've never felt compelled to actually write in a review on a product until now. Whoever is responsible for this new flavor should be considered for dismissal from their employment with the company. I will no longer be purchasing this product as long as it continues wirh this great new flavor. And, I used to buy so much of it too. I think Silk might want to take a lesson from Coka cola when they tried the new coke. They went right back to the original flavor. Please... Please go back to the original great flavor. I've always been a fan of the Silk brand product lines. But, this time the company has truly made a mistake. Thank you.

I love this product! A great alternative to soy milk, rice milk or cows milk. It's highly fortified in calcium and it tastes great. I've substituted it for milk in several recipes and they have always turned out great!

I think that cocount milk is pretty good tasting, although not really all that healthy for you. I was given the opportunity to try Silk Coconut the other day and I was pleasently suprised at how much I liked this drink. I should have expected no less from Silk, but this is a great drink for those who like coconut milk or for those who just want a change of pace every once in awhile!

I recently discovered this non-dairy milk during my twice monthly run to the grocery store for my beloved Silk Vanilla Almond Milk. Recently, I have been starting to mix full-fat coconut milk with my Almond Milk for a different flavor, texture, and taste experience. Ironically, I had stopped by a few different Asian markets in my area searching for a specific brand of coconut milk only to discover they were all sold out! I was pretty bummed out and disappointed. :( Therefore, when I happened to see the Silk Coconut Milk (Vanilla flavor) there in the grocer's case I decided to give it a try. At first I thought I was actually seeing things when I read the words coconut milk on the container. I did both a double and triple take when looking it in the store. It was also on sale so this helped me make a quick yet definite decision. Well, first I tried it in my coffee and then green chai tea too. **I love this milk**! It is rich, creamy, **stocked full of vitamins (lots of Vitamin D)**, and much lower fat than the traditional canned coconut milk I had been using! Honestly, I have no complaints about it whatsoeverl...except it would be great if it came in a gallon size container! I will be buying this milk instead of canned coconut milk on a regular basis from now on. This is definitely a much needed non-dairy alternative for those of us who happen to love coconut milk for making curries, soups, chai tea, and putting it in desserts/cereals as well. The Silk Coconut milk managed to turn a bad shopping day into a great one for me! I would whole heartedly recommend to both my friends and family! It is not inexpensive...unless on sale, but in my opinion most certainly worth every penny! Give it a try...I think you will really be pleased with it!

So doing my regular shopping and I run across this new coconut milk by Silk! I have tried many other coconut milks that are either organic or simply canned and man ... this is different and totally delicious! You can even use this milk in recipes .... like coconut milk! Yummy! This is a great dairy and soy alternative ... great with anything really! It feels like a treat everytime I drink it! I can honestly say there is nothing I do not like about it. I oils found in coconut milk are GOOD for you so yes, you can feel the coconut oil on your lips and in your mouth but that makes it so much richer and yummy!
