This product is best drank out of a glass, so that you can appreciate the appearance. The color of the beer is dark brown. If you hold it up to a light, you can see a reddish hue as well. The aroma is malty and earthy.

If you like Sierra Nevada and you like stouts and porters you will love this one. Great dark color, lots of hop flavor with out the cheap bitter taste. Not to filling, I have been known to have more than one at a time.
