I purchased this side-by-side after my old GE side-by-side refrigerator broke down. I was so happy with my old GE side-by-side that I decided I had to have another. My old GE had so much space, the ice dispenser was wonderful, and the fridge was very quiet. The first night I could hear this strange sound from the fridge. It was quiet but high pitched and annoying. I did forget about the sound after awhile and not annoying anymore. Soon after, I noticed my fruit and vegetables were frozen. The trio was the perfect refrigerator for my family. Having the armoire doors allows you to store larger trays of food. The bottom freezer give you lots of room. Well worth the money.
