I love Shutterfly. I started using them about two years ago after a friend of mine told me about them. I especially like the photo products that they offer. In the past 6 months I have made 3 photobooks. The quality of the books are wonderful. One of the books I made for my 7 yr old daughter from pictures that she took on a field trip. When I handed her the book she told me that it was the best present ever. Shutterfly also had super fast production and shipping. Just last week, I received the my most recent book. I ordered it on a Thursday and the following Wednesday I had it (it would have been sooner had there not been a holiday inbetween). This week (Monday) I ordered some photo greeting cards and by Friday I had them in hand. I can say that prints usually take longer than the photo products they carry. Overall I have been very pleased with their turnaround time. Another pro is their promotions. At least once a year there is a game on the site where you can play for products. The most recent one was called "Fall Memories". I won a photobook, and my friends and family members won calendars, photo cards, and greeting cards. Shutterfly also offers other incentives through email every couple weeks. The photo gifts can get a little pricy but are very nice. The quality of the items I have seen has been great. Bottom line, if you are in need of a personalized gift, Shutterfly is the way to go.
