I am a very picky family photographer. I want my pictures to look like real life. It took me several years to decide the slight loss of quality with the wonderful digital camera I have was worth the convenience of deleting the bad pictures! So about a year later I discovered photobooks. Again reluctant to use them I did for one Disney trip... and I was hooked! I have used several sites for books (mostly because of sales and they were for gifts). Shutterfly has THE best quality photobooks I've found. They are about the easiest to use and have fantastic options. I've never had trouble working with this site. I had an awful time with another site that even after saving my info I'd go back to check my book and it hadn't saved. Other sites are slow to upload or slow to work with. I can't find anything to complain about with Shutterfly. I still wish I could combine about 3 of my favorite sites to get the options I want, but since I can't do that, Shutterfly wins my business hands down. I have used this site to store my pictures, make photobooks, order holiday cards and calendars. I have never been dissapointed. I've done online chat with their customer service and they are always very helpful and very anxious to hear opinions and suggestions. I don't think I've ever dealt with a friendlier site. I will admit I find them a bit pricier than some other sites, but I can always find really good codes to help and it's worth the extra money for the quailty you get.

Oh yes, I don't use anyone else anymore, tried a few that gave out free books or really cheap books, but found the options and or quality not even close to Shutterflys.
