I'm not that impressed.

expecting good, fair service, a person who enjoys quality, a busy person, a pet owner

I think this product stinks. And I don't mean stinks in the way it smells. I have tried to get several set in stains, mostly food, and it doesn't work. My detergent (soaked for a day or two directly on stain) works better than this stuff. I wouldn't recommend this product.
