About 10 days ago, ShopNBC changed the Value Pay structure; most items under $100.00 are full price plus S&H & over $100.00 it is 2 Value Pays. I believe they are tring to get away from the Value Pays & push you into using their Credit cards. I am on a tight budget; but I could afford to purchase from ShopNBC with the Value Pays under $100.00. I also understand that with less or no Value Pays the vendors get paid quicker & there is less paperwork on their part; or that they want only the customers who have deep pockets & will buy, no matter how they present the product. But for me I have a buget pocket, the Value Pays were great for me, but the way it is structure now, I will have to have the full amount before I can even consider doing a purchase with them.
