This site does have an array of items you don't want to buy in stores. From enemas, to embarrassing women's products, hair growth products, and more. Regardless of what it is that you are not too comfortable purchasing in stores, there is quite an extensive selection on the site. For this reason alone, the site is pretty good for these individuals; however, their service is horrible, shipping is extremely slow, and prices are extremely excessive. I paid for rush shipping, and the items I ordered ended up taking longer than traditional shipping; when I called for a refund and to find out where my product was, no service agent could answer my question, and stated they wouldn't refund me. I would never visit or purchase from this site again, I found them to be dishonest, and didn't show concern for errors made on their behalf either, making it difficult to shop with a site like this again.

I really wanted to like this online store, as I was intrigued by the name of it. I initially was hesitant to purchase because I had never heard anyone speak of the store. I actually did make a purchase on the site and was not pleased at all. The only thing that was somewhat impressive to me was they have a decent selection of merchandise available. Ease of Use Pretty easy site to navigate through. Product Selection According to the site, they have a wide variety of merchandise to purchase that will fit every personality. Product Pricing Overall, some of the merchandise is a little over priced, considering it can be purchased at other online stores for a minimum of $2-$3 cheaper. Customer Service The customer service people really suck. They appear to be very bored with their jobs and half the time, it seemed as if they had no idea what merchandise was available. When I heard the name of this site originally, I was more curious to check it out than to buy something. The first time I checked it out, I was somewhat curious about the category "men's embarrassing." I checked it out, and I could not stop laughing at some of the things that they sell. I would recommend coming to this site simply to cheer yourself up after a bad day. But the more I looked around it, the more I found some useful things as well. The hilarity of the site drew me into actually shopping on the site. For some things, especially personal needs (intimate and health-related), it is nice to be able to shop in private at home rather than having to go to a store and endure the strange looks of some people as you browse. Product Selection This site has the widest selection of personal needs products that I have ever seen. If you need it, but you're embarrassed to buy it in public, then they have it. They even have things that I never would have thought to look for (or that even existed), such as flatulence absorbing pads.

I came across ShopInPrivate.com when I was looking for gag gifts for good firend's bachelorette party. They basically sell everything that people might be too embarrassed to buy in person at a regular store. You can find anything from sex toys and products to back shavers and from fart absorbing pads to gas relief products. It's actually a really funny site to browse on! Some of the stuff is truly useful while other things are downright hilarious! I ended up placing an order for some of the more hilarious items thinking that they would be a hit among my slightly intoxicated friends at the bachelorette party. I paid for three to five day shipping, but after the five days had come and gone my items still had not arrived. I waited a couple more days and then contacted customer service. The person I spoke to was beyond rude and when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. After several calls I finally was told I would get a full refund since my items were never shipped, some computer glitch apparently, but even the refund took a while to process. All in all I was not happy with the service at all. I ended up just going to a regular store to purchase the funny gifts.

This site carries a lot of cheaply made products from China and otherwise useless health products. 90% of the items are medical hoaxes. Everything I've ever purchased has arrived in dusty packaging. Also, from the looks of it most of the newer stuff they're selling are gag gifts? I'm not sure what this company is doing but they just sell a lot of crap.

I have placed an order of US$ 344.47 including shipping charges and paid it online while placing order. Order number 338939 - Date October 24, 2012. Today is January 1, 2013 time 2 AM but nothing I have received. I send many emails to them but no reply. Tried to call them many times but after two time conversation, they never answered my call again. First time they told me to wait for few more days and second time they told me to send an email as email is theirs better way of contact and they disconnected my call without completing conversation. After that till the date they never answered my call. I am not able to understand why they are not response properly? Where I can launch complaint against them? It is completely cheating with customers. Can anyone help me to make complaint? I am living in India hence I don't know anything about US laws and grievance authorities.

I paid for 2-4 day shipping. They sent 2 of my items. I waited an extra week for the other part of my order. I then emailed with no response. I called a total of 2 weeks after the order was placed and they said that part of it was on a temporary back order and the other part was shipped. It would be nice if they could communicate this to their customers. Obviously if I paid for rush shipping it indicated that I needed the items quickly. They're supposed to be refunding my money now. We'll see.

I NEVER received my package!! I paid extra for 3 to 5 days shipping not only did it not get delivered but Justin, who works at this company, was the rudest customer service person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He practically yelled at me on the phone and asked me "well what do you want me to do, im all the way in Michigan?!" I know you don't control the mail but at least be a nice person!
