Ordered a $92.00 bodysuit, was sent a $28.00 pair of panties. Called them, explained the situation, they apologized and sent me what should have been the right thing (in 2 sizes, so I effectively bought 2 more). The 2 replacement "bodysuits" arrived and lo and behold, 2 more pairs of $28.00 panties! I have spent $276.00 this week on this website and gotten 0% of what I wanted. God awful service!

Bought a pair of Stuart Wetizman Gladiator Sandals. They were not SW quality! I already had a pair of the sandals in my possession for comparison. I originally bought a size 6 from Nordstrom. I needed a 6.5 but Nordstrom was sold out. Found the 6.5 on Shopbop. How disappointing! Same price but way different quality! The shoes were not authentic leather, nor made in Spain as advertised. This is a problem.

Finding this site was a " I stumbled upon the site and look what I found' experience. I love the site and I love what they offer. I mainly purchase shoes, because of the brands they offer. While they are completely expensive and just about everything on the site, there are times when you can find a great item, for a great price. I highly recommend at least browsing through the site, you will definitely find something you like on it and for a great price. Ease of Use Site is very easy to navigate. I have never experienced any issues using the site. Product Selection The site has everything you can imagine on it. They also have clothing and shoes from every designer you can think of. Product Pricing The site offers very expensive items, as well as mid priced items. On occasion, you can find sale items for under $100. Customer Service Customer service department is decent, I have not experienced any issues when I have had to call them about something. They always seem willing to help solve and issue, or answer a question. Shipping and Returns Decent shipping prices. I don't like the returns policy at this website, because some items they have for sale, are not returnable.

I do the majority of my shopping online and have tried just about every online store, ShopBob has the biggest selection of different brands and all at good prices. I was blown away the first time I looked for something to order. Its gotten better with time as well. I never have had a problem finding what I was looking for. I've noticed there were several bad reviews for ShopBob, and I just can't even comprehend why. I have always had excellent experiences with them. Like I said before the selection is Fantastic. The website is easily navigated, and its catchy. The check out experience is quick and painless. I love their customer service too, honest, upbeat and friendly. Shipping was reasonably priced and speedy. I've shopped with them again and again and will continue to do so in the future. Just love ShopBob! Ease of Use Website is well laid out, the display is fantastic. And its cute. Product Selection ShopBop has the most diverse selection of a online clothing store. I have seen a lot of bad reviews for ShopBop.com but I'm not sure quite why. I recently bought a Free People Game Time Henley from Shopbop.com. It was one of the newer Free People items, and I know I could have bought it from the Freepeople.com website but ShopBop.com always offers free shipping for their items. So I decided to take a chance and just order it from Shopbop.com instead of paying $10 for shipping. I was not disappointed. Not only was the shirt just as nice as I imagined it to be, but Shopbop.com shipped my shirt really fast, and packaged it really nice as well too. Who can say no to free next day shipping? Not me. Shopbop.com is a great website. They sell higher quality, higher priced items that you would find at a store like Nordstroms. I know for a fact that ShopBop.com does not sell counterfeit items. They also offer a lot of brands on sale from time to time as well. If you are looking for cheap inexpensive items, then Shopbop.com wouldn't be for you. They are like an online department store for all things expensive. I like how they have a huge selection of designers and boutiques like Free People, Wildfox Couture, BB Dakota, Hudson Jeans, Phillip Lim, Derek Lam, T By Alexander Wang, Sam Edelman, and that is just to name a few. I would definitely purchase from them again. Oh and ShopBop.com even sells their items on Amazon. Ease of Use The website is nice and easy to use. It looks very chic and well designed. I like how they have a tab so you can look at all the different designers and boutique items that they sell. They also have different tabs for clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and more. They also have a sale section, and a section that you can look at look books to get ideas of items or outfits that you want to buy. Product Selection They have an amazing product selection. It's like a candy land for expensive designer items. I feel like they have a better selection then most high end department stores. They have all the new designer products that a girl could wish for. Product Pricing It is expensive, but very good quality. Like I said the items mostly are designer high end department store quality. Great place to splurge. Customer Service The shipping only took a day to come to my house, and the email support was quick at answering all the questions I had about the products I was looking into buying. ShopBop.com is not a site that I can afford to shop on a regular basis. I wish I had thousands of dollars laying around for a clothing budget, but I just don't. However, every now and then, around my birthday or Christmas I'll get to splurge and I always check out ShopBop.com to see what they have in stock. I was very happy to see that Amazon Prime members get free shipping at ShopBop. I'm so spoiled with my Prime Membership and sites like 6PM that I really hate to pay for shipping. ShopBop sells a whole lot of beautiful designer clothing and they often have great sales. If you're willing to shop off season, you can find designer clothing and accessories for up to seventy percent off! I also recently found a Marc by Marc Jacobs iPad cover for just thirty dollars! That is less than what I've paid in the past for some of my regular iPad covers, so I was thrilled to find a designer one priced so low!

I've been shopping at Shopbop for years now. I love their customer service because the representative picks up right away. Someone was there all the time to answer my phone calls. I hate those customer service line with all those buttons you have to press, but you don't have to any buttons for Shopbop. Also, I love what they carry. I don't even go to other websites to shop anymore because I love to shop here.

Long live online shopping. I hardly know any other site that carries more brands than Shopbop. When it comes to shipping abroad, as a customer you really need to do your homework as well and make use of the options websites offer you. The issues with 'fraud protection' and late deliveries aren't things I've experienced so far. Sometimes fees to Canada are a bit high, but certain items are worth it. Customer service is super friendly, and you can write them in other languages besides English too. I love their sales every now and then, makes up for the duties and fees.

While I have purchased a number of items from Shopbop (only because of product and size availability), I have completely boycotted this site and will never use them again. Extremely poor customer service and quality check on items sent out(shoes particularly) and the courier service they use - DHL. Charging extortion fees for international shipments as opposed to other sites that use USPS.

Same situation again and again! I have purchased a pair of Chloe boots from them, after the confirmation of the purchase had been going through, I have received another order review email to ask me to send the copy of my PHOTO ID!!!!! or just go to the card issue bank to get the 4-8 digits code to process the transaction due to the information I have provided does not match the bank file. However, I have been to the bank and every single information is matching as never been an issue to me, but the shopbop still cancelled my transaction. So I have to make another transaction again, exactly the same email came through after the confirmation, Now I definitely believe in something going on behind this website!!!!!! WHY ONLY THEM COULD NOT PUT THE NORMAL INTERNET TRANSACTION THROUGH BASED ON THE CORRECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITHOUT YOUR PHOTO ID?!
