Shop Vac Wet/Dry Vacuum - 6 Gallon Capacity Vacuum Reviews

One of the early purchases my husband made when we bought our home was a Shop Vac.  We bought ours at Lowe's for under $75.00.  Just a brief description of the vacuum:  the Shop Vac Wet/Dry Vaccuum can hold up to 6 gallons of wet or dry materials.  It has a 3 HP motor that is powerful enough for small jobs like cleaning car floors to larger job like picking up the kitty litter that I dumped all over the garage floor when unloading the car.  The vacuum has several attachments including a squeege-style attachment for liquid vacuuming.

Whether you're a busy DIYer or just the typical homeowner, this is one of those "must have" tools.

Throughout the year I'm usually engaged in one project or another around the house.  I'm not complaining mind you;  I get a lot of satisfaction from my DIY projects.  But I'd be lying if I said I look forward to clean-up.  Nope, that's just not me.

And, as much as the lovely Mrs. Xeno appreciates the fruits of my labor, coming home to a mid-project mess plays to none of her strengths.  It wasn't too hard to convince her that we needed a Shop Vac Wet/Dry Vacuum.

I have 8 cats and lots of fur and the regular vacuums can't handle the fluffy stuff either they don't pick it up or it gets clogged and the cup/bags get full fast The wet dyr vac picks up everything and does not get full fast or clogged up. I thought it would be loud but it really is no louder then a regular vacuum there was a small problem the cord is rather short but thats easily fixed with a heavy duty extendtion cord. I love this machine should have bought it years ago.
