Shilo Inn - Ocean Shores, WA Review

Although we reserved an ocean view room..and secured it with a credit card, the front desk staff stuck us in a dark room with no view, a broken door lock and the world's hardest beds.

 They tried to tell us it was the only room available, but they gave excellent rooms to the five people in line behind us .  We were never able to contact the manager, although we tried at least twice a day. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and indulged in much eye-rolling and deep sighing whenever we tried to resolve our problems.

  We will not be staying in a Shilo Inn again.
