I read these reviews and one of them is quite funny. It states that SW paint is thin, and it is not at all. It is actually thicker than most brands out there. It also said it was impossible to match the paint to the first gallon purchased. This obviously incorrect because at SW every color has an exact formula which makes it easy to copy a previous gallon. I know all this for a fact because I work at Sherwin Williams. I have tried cheaper paint and it is distinctly different from our paint. The Duration is particularly my favorite. It has low odor and VOCs which means it is better for the environment. It also covers beautifully in one coat! I covered dark green walls that were stained with only ONE coat of the Interior Duration Home paint! Even though Duration is pricey and goes for about $45, it is worth it in the long run. It turned out fantastic. I would DEFINITELY choose Sherwin Williams.
