Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner - Vienna, VA Reviews

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Sheraton in Tysons Corner, and both times have been treated as if we were truly guests. The check in was fast and friendly, the hotel lobby and lounge area was very clean and decorated very nicely. The room we asked for was a king size bed, non smoking room, and guess what we got.... A king size bed, no smoking room. When the front desk found out that my wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversay, they took it upon themselves to upgrade us to a larger suite room at no additional charge.... this is truly outstanding customer… read full review »

My accommodations at the Sheraton Premiere at Tyson's Corner were very comfortable, clean, and well-lit. The room was larger than usual; there was adequate closet space and enough hangers; there was a long vanity counter in the bathroom; the coffee maker and supplies featured a quality brand, good tasting coffee; the iron worked well; the temperature control was very responsive to adjustments; and the TV and radio were fully functional and well-working. The Sheraton Premiere is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The room that we had was roomy, had plenty of closet space and a huge bed. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was a blessing. We spent time in the cocktail lounge area, and found the staff to be efficient and friendly. Our drinks were very good, and the food that we ordered was brought to us quickly.
