Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers - Chicago, IL —
I travel alot and this hotel was lacking in even common courtesy. Seems like the staff was having a bad day (ok, fine, but don't take it out on me) or maybe they just hate their jobs. The rooms were average, parking outrageous, no shuttle service to airport and how much for H20? I would have gone down the street if I'd stayed more than one night. The proximity to Lake Michigan as well as shopping was key as I don't get to Chicago very often but I'd have liked it if I could have gotten a few more bangs for my buck. I understand luxury well and just felt like this was passed off and marketed as a luxury hotel but did nothing above and beyond except be well decorated. Pass!Last edited on Dec 13, 2007
