Shelter Insurance Review

I have had to file two auto insurance claims with Shelter Insurance in the past year and both were handle wonderfully.

The first involved a non insured teenager that made an illegal left turn at a stop light. The teenager hit the passenger door on the driver's side of my car and spun me around. We were both okay. My car suffered approximately $2500 worth of damage and they took care of everything with the exception of the deductible. They were wonderful; they made the entire experience worry free for me and I continue to get updates on their lawsuit with the teenager in order to receive reimbursement for my deductible.

The second involved excessive hail damage to that same car and my Z71 truck. The adjuster was friendly and found more damage than I had. I had my check and repair work done in less than two weeks. They are a remarkable company and I love, love, love, talking to an individual whenever I need to call them. They are professional and extremely friendly. I highly recommend them.
