Sheer Cover Mineral Makeup Reviews

There are several things that I like about Sheer Cover. First thing is the application, you can apply either dry or wet. I use a dry application in the summer months and wet during the winter months. ( To apply wet:  spritz your applicator brush a couple of times with water using a spray bottle. Then continue application as usual. Spritzing the brush as needed.)

If I were to review Sheer Cover's mineral makeup itself, I would say that it works great. Two shades of mineral makeup are given so you can mix them for a natural look; they don't have that annoying pink or yellow undertone to them like a lot of the drugstore brands have, so that's a plus. The amount of coverage is entirely in the user's control. You can do minimal coverage and still look great, but, if necessary, you can do maximum coverage without the look of it being caked on. The Sheer Cover Mineral make-up was a very huge disappointment. The product and customer service both lacked! The ad on tv displays beatufiul skin coverage and an 'au naturale' look of the skin. I don't like heavy make-up or looking like a clown after I apply my  make-up.

I watched the enclosed DVD on how to apply the Sheer Cover Mineral make-up and read the booklet. The coverage was caky and uneven. Sheer Cover Mineral Makeup I just had to try this, I try almost any cosmetic product at least once.  I ordered this the first time, back in March, I received my first shipment, and I loved the price for everything that came in the package.  I was glad to see that it had covered my acne and acne scars, decently, no the greatest but provided just enough.  I love the mascara!  I just recently received my second shipment, and didn't realize how much it actually costs to purchase from them after the one time price they use to lure you in to sign up.  So needless to say, I'm canceling my account. ...

This make-up was so disappointing to me. I totally bought into the endorsements of the stars who promote it and it just doesn't deliver.

First, you get the tiniest jars for your money. It's laughable at the size of the make up you get for your money. Secondly, it just dosen't do what it says. I didn't get a "flawless" complexion (and I have pretty good skin to start with). The concealer is heavy and difficult to blend into a "normal" appearance on the skin (so you don't look like you have war paint on), but once it's blended it works okay.

I was careful though. I called in the order and told them that I only wanted to one starter kit and that if I liked it I would sign up later for auto ship. I was really disappointed in the foundation. I could stil see every discoloration on my face. Not only that, it seemed to enhance every flaw I have. It wore off really fast too. By lunch time I looked as though I hadn't applied any makeup before going to work....
