I love the product but hate the billing

very skin conscious, value conscious

I have wore sheer cover for 3 years. In my experiences with sheer cover I have had terrible billing experiences. I am on monthly credit card billing. All of a sudden I get a bill from a collection agency stating I have not paid my bill and $60+ dollars are owed. I check my credit card statement and they did indeed charge my card. My products do not arrive in a timely manner once the collection agency bill is sent. I pay the bill right away and then I have to call the company and prove that I did indeed "DOUBLE PAY" and I still don't have the product. The sales team is very rude and the billing team is even worse. When I have paid the bills thru direct withdrawl I find this place double dipping every year and I'm getting tired of paying good money and not receiving the product but I do receive the headaches. Bad Business
