    unsaturated fat, Stays soft, Taste Great, Calcium, Butter Taste, Vitamins A,D and E, creamy, 5g Fat

K, so I use this stuff daily.  Usually on fresh cut bakery bread.  Also great on toast.  You suppliment the calcium and vitamins you need.  I get the big tub.  It lasts forever!
