The Shedd Aquiarum is a fantastic place to spend a day. I highly recommend going as soon as they open in the morning to avoid large crowds and leave after lunch when it does get crowded.  —  The marine mammal presentation is wonderful and educational.  The Lizards exhibit should not be missed, especially to see the Komodo Dragron! — There are always programs going on in the galleries on the main level for all ages and interpreters walking the floors to answer your questions. — The Wild Reef is amazing because of the numbers and varieties of fish in the… read full review »

Oh OK, the only times that I had set for here was on school trips.And I loved it. I like the way all these different creaters looked. Now that Im a mother , aND The money thing is not a issue, and there is time of course, I like taking kids. I want them to see and explore new things. It can be expensive thou. So im usually online finding out when theres discount or free days.But is a really nice place to visit. I went to the aquarium during the week that the admission was free and it was well worth the trip. I took all four of my children and they still have not stopped talking about it.
