Sharpie launched a new pen for every day use on June 30, 2008. It is a great pen for writing checks, or just whatever you need to write,it is great, since it doesn't bleed through paper, or I haven't had any problems with it doing that for me.
The Sharpie Pen was developed since consumers were wanting to have a pen that Sharpie would make and would last a long time, just like their markers, and high-lighters. The consumers spoke and Sharpie listened! Sharpie markers have had a great fan base, and I do think that the Sharpie Ink Pens will have some fans too.
The Sharpie Pens are in the colors of black and there are blue too. The blue is the ones that I use. The blue color is a medium to light color of blue, it may not be dark enough for most people, but I do like the color, it is different and not the standard dark blue like most pen colors of blue.
The ink is fade resistance, smear proof, and water resistance when the ink is dry. It is great for decorating shoes, jeans, drawing, writing letters, or writing checks, and lots more things it can be used to write on too.
You may have seen David Beckham, a Soccer Pro, doing the commercial for the Sharpie Ink PEN.
It is a great pen, and i would say, if you are wanting a pen, that can stand the test of time, and it works great, give the SHARPIE INK PEN a try, it's GREAT...
