Purchased this item online and it's much better than the previous brands we've owned. Our family pet isn't intimidated by this product, quiet and efficient. This item is priced very well and affordable if one should require this product in their home for day-to-day use. Doesn't use much electricity to run and is also a great gift to family members or friends that may have pets inside the home. We've noticed since we've purchased 3 of this product, our home central heat and air filters have been less dirty. Another bonus is that we do not have to purchase expensive filters monthly and it's easy to use. If you're a cigarette smoker, I ask that you try this product to help combat the bad smell of the smoke that can irritate others in the household that don't smoke. We've added others to our home and and find that the smoke bothers us less and our guests can appreciate that too.
