Sharp Microwave - R-308JW 1100 Watts —

Our lightbulb burned out and we were unable to replace it despite contacting Sharp and all of their contracted electronic distibutors. We were forced to buy a new microwave so we could see our food cooking. Sharpe did not contact us back after we submitted a help request on their website. We did everything we could.
