I like Sharkstore.com for the most part. I have ordered several things from the site and have experienced a great deal of consistency with there service and delivery processes. I received a notice by email in regard to my order placed on the site and they have always made sure to provide me with timely updates and responses. For the most part, the site has good prices and quality products. It kind of seems as if it's really hit or miss though at times. The range of products available for purchase are extremely limited. The overall quality of the jewelry is pretty good. I believe they have a pretty decent range of prices for the amount of products they actually feature and have available. The only thing I don't like all that much is the fact that the range of products is relatively very low. Also, they are kind of hit or miss. Products are not necessarily in stock - like a regular store. These are supposed to be - deals a hit or miss opportunity that comes and goes. It all depends on how you look at it really. For the most part, it can be a really great time. I enjoy an occasional email that highlights a really great deal. I also enjoy the customer service and simple ordering system. Sometimes I wish they kept some stuff in stock more often but, I could look at it in a more positive way, it helps me to stay excited about seeing what they have to offer the next time I visit the site. I haven't experienced any issues with this company. I like it a lot and will continue to be a customer.\.

Zero communication. Requested tracking number. Nothing. Mentioned that two minutes after I ordered the watch ($120 for an $850 watch) that several sites offer the exact same watch for $30 less. Nothing. My bad. Hopefully I receive the overpriced watch I bought but it has already taken over twice what they estimated for time. Bad people.

Ordered a watch 2/3/12. No response at all from them. Sent email via their online form (only contact method available) on 2/8/12... no response. Tried calling several times 2/10/12 and only got a generic voicemail telling me no one was available to take my call. Sent another email via form 2/10/12 with no response. It is now 2/16/12, still no response, still no watch. Out $130. Thiefs.... stay away from them!

Besides food, I almost exclusively shop online. I have dealt with many online stores and ChronoShark is among one of the WORST I have dealt with.I placed my order as usual and was charged immediately when I checked my bank account. No problem there, many stores do that. However, three days go by and I don't hear from them. I contacted them using their contact form and a few hours later a "Brandon" replied and told me my order was "processed" to be shipped out in their "warehouse" and I should receive tracking information shortly, except I never did.I normally have an eye for places like this but every once in a while I still get fooled.Save your money but more importantly save yourself some grief. Avoid ChronoShark.

Buyer beware if you have to return your item. Make sure you get a tracking number. I insured my package, but did not get a tracking number. Chronoshark noticed this and claimed they did not receive my package on a $800 watch and said they could not issue a refund without a tracking number. It would have been very convenient for them to deny ever receiving it, deny my refund, and have me go on a 3 month long insurance claim through USPS. I had to go on an investigative spree with USPS to finally show that the package had been delivered 2 days after I sent it out and signed for by one of their employees! I got my refund, but am not inclined to do business with a company who will take the opportunity to screw with a customer if they see a loophole (like a missing tracking #).
