I bought this 1.5 yrs ago and it still works like the day I bought it. It's very easy to empty with the tank opening from the top and bottom. It's only been clogged twice but it was easy to fix with plenty of access points. I have 2 dogs(malamute and pyrenees) and it picks up all of the hair with no problems.

This is the best vacuum I have ever purchased. I have three pets, one dog and two long haired cats. It picks up so much more than any vacuum I've ever had, you can visibly see what's been picked up by it. It's easy to clean, lifts away from the base to clean the stairs. There are a few attachments it comes with and are able to purchase other ones. I've also use this on tile to pick up debris. I highly recommend a shark.

I am in love with vacuuming since I purchased this gem. So easy to use. Very lightweight and so easy to empty. I love the fact that every part just about is easy to access and clean. And if there is a chance you ducked up something you should not of you can see it right away. I HIGHLY recommend this for every home!

This is my go to vacuum, it works amazingly! Glides across my carpet like a hot knife thru butter. Picks up even finest sand we track in and the gobs of dog hair that my pets leave behind. I could not be happier with a vacuum. Had this now for 3 years.

absolutely love this vacuum! I can't believe how much stuff it sucks up. It isn't easy to use on the stairs if you ask me and I don't feel it works great on the hard wood floor, but over all I love this vacuum. I will never buy another brand.
