First time I've ever bought a vacuum over $50 and I'll never go back! So light and easy to use....works equally well on floors as on carpet....I'm almost 60 so the fact that it is light and not hard to push is essential to me! I plug it in and can reach frontroom, hallway and kitchen. The wand is long perfect for cleaning the couch and chairs...and the canister pops right out to empty! I'm hooked!

I clean our carpets, tile, wood floors it gets everything up. I love the attachments for vacuuming bed mattresses, furniture, window seals, a/c vents and coils on back of refrigerator. I would never own anything but a Shark!

This was a great investment I was tired of buying cheaper options for my floors that never worked long or at all, the only con is that small items like a Cheerio get caught at the front of the vacuum on hardwood floors, an easy trick is to turn the Carpet function on and it will usually crush up the Cheerio and suck it up but still annoying especially when we have 3 kids and pets
