This is a shoddy company. Advertises a size but sends the item which is half the advertised karat size... Wants you to return and never refunds as they say... Stay away! It is impossible to get a real Person so who knows whom you are speaking with! Really really shoddy company!

Having to go thru PayPal to get my money back. They sent me the wrong ring with a missing diamond, wrong certificate. It was not the ring pictured. I S sent the Item back had it tracked ups where they had to sign for it. its been 2 week still no refund.

I don't remember exactly how I came across this website but I was glad I did. The jewelry is very nice and the prices are unusually reasonable. I happened to visit their site one day and saw a large green amethyst ring, in a sterling silver setting with white topaz accents. I didnt care about the topaz but I love green amethyst. My husband heard me gushing over it and bought it for me as a gift. It came within 10 days and I fell in love with it. It was huge and beautiful. I couldn't believe that it was a genuine green amethyst ring (I had a jeweler friend look at it and he said yes it was real) for such a low price. I wore it once and then I realize that the main stone was loose. I emailed them and they said they would contact their vendor and let me know what to do (send it back for repair or replacement). I heard back a few days later and they asked me to send it back for repair. I did and I received it within 2 weeks. It was fabulous. The customer service rep, Devorah, was super nice and easy to deal with. I would recommend them without any problem. Their jewelry is gorgeous and it's easy to go bankrupt shopping online there. My only issue is that they do not have a phone number, all contact is via emails.
