Seventh Generation Free and Clear All Purpose Cleaner is an effective cleaner and its best property is its ability to cut through grease. Just a few pulls of the trigger to release a small amount of cleaner is all that is needed to break grease apart so that it can be wiped away quickly. The product contains no chlorine, no petroleum based ingredients, and no other harsh chemicals. It de-greases and cleans using only cleaning agents safe for the environment. I really enjoy using the Seventh Generation Free & Clear All Purpose Cleaner on many surfaces in my house. I like that it's "green" and doesn't have harsh chemicals like other cleaners. I feel better about using it since I have small children that I worry about around cleaning products. It does the job great. I use to to clean my kitchen table and chairs, the inside of my microwave, the vanities in my bathrooms, and even my refrigerator and cook top. The only negative comment I would have to make about this product is that it has a funny odor. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly, but it's a little less-than-pleasing. However, for the job it does overall, this doesn't keep me from using it.

I just bought Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner today and I'm really liking it. Since it's a non-toxic, "green" cleaning product, I didn't really think it would work that well. I was pleasantly surprised. It's really easy to use and does a good job of cleaning. You just spray the area you are cleaning and wipe with a paper towel or rag. It seems to clean the counters, sinks, and the microwave just as well as some of the other cleaners that I've been using. I would guess that for tough stains or heavy cleaning you might need to use something stronger, but it works fine for regular cleaning. The reason why I decided to try Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner is that I'm pretty sensitive to chemicals. Since this is the Free and Clear kind, I didn't notice any disturbing smells or fumes. I like how this product is non-toxic and safe to use.

I've tried a lot of cleaning products, both environmentally friendly and not, and I have to say this product is so much better than any other product I've used. It is expensive, but it cleans well without the harmful chemicals and toxic fumes. I use it on everything and it hasn't let me down yet.

hi I am a home maker and also a parent of one year old. Well we all knew the one year old, exploring their new world by mouth. They keep everything in their mouth no matter what it is. So i have to choose a cleaning agent that kill the germs and also safe for him. That's how i ended up with this awesome product. It is completly made of 100% natural ingredients , no harmful chemicals or bleaches and above all it is a good germicide. Now i no longer worry about the harmful chemicals to which my kids might get exposed. Initially i was using clorax . To be frank i really hate the bleach smell . Although it kills germs It has a very irritating odour and not very safe for the child. The seventh generation cleaners also smells great, the nature's aromatic essence from ayurvedic medicinal herbs. It is gentle on your hands. The packaging is also interesting. The cover comes in a white and green color where white symbolises purity and green for nature. So it worth having it in your germ free house.

I bought this product with coupons to try it out! I liked it ok but the smell of the product was kinda weird to me! It smells like thyme. Not my favorite smell as many would probably agree. I really like that it is better for my family by being a "green" product. It cleaned well with additional soaking time. I use products such as these that I know are safer for cleaning his highchair toys and anything that he is around. I do not think I would necessarily go out of my way to buy these products with out promotions or coupons. I would like to try other products made by this company like the dish soap. As I mentioned I did not like the smell of the product but if you like the smell of thyme you will love it!

I use vinegar and water to clean most things, or I make my own cleaners, but I have purchased this cleaner to have in the house for the few times when I just need a little more to get something really clean. I seek to have natural and healthy cleaners in the house, and this is a good one to have. It works very well in terms of cleaning. I will say that I don't particularly like the smell...but that could be because I am used to homemade cleaners which don't smell as strongly. This product is a bit expensive, and would be too expensive if I was using it for all my cleaning. As it is, I rarely buy it so it is worth paying a little more for me to get this product. I appreciate the Seventh Generation brand and also want to support their company, so that is also why I am willing to pay the money for this product. I have been able to find coupons for this product which have helped. I would recommend this product.

When I clean my home, I prefer using products that are better for the enviornment, but they still have to do a good job cleaning. And I do not want something that is bad to breath in. And with a pet I get much more concerned about toxic cleaners. That being said Seventh Generation Free and Clear all purpose cleaner has met my expectations. I use the all purpose cleaner in my bathrooms and the kitchen the most. And it does a great job. It gets everything clean with no more effort than any other clean I have used. The smell does not bother me one bit either. This product may be a little more expensive than similar cleaners on the market, but it is well worth it to me. I have found that it is hard to find a high quality cleaner out there that is better for the enviornement. I also am able to find coupons anytime I need to buy more of this cleaner so that does help with the cost. I would recommend this cleaner to anybody who is looking for a high quality clenaer.

I recommend seventh generation free and clear all purpose cleaner. I recenty bought this product because I decided to try a cleaner without all the chemicals and toxins. As a new mother, I am now paying alot more attention to the types of cleaning products that I am using. I used to use whatever was on sale or whatever had the best scent. Now I just want something that will be healthier for use around my child. One of my favorite things about this product is the reasonable price. I feel that it does a good job as an all purpose cleaner in the kitchen and bathroom. I am very particular about what I clean the bath tub with, since that is where my daughter bathes. I would not want to use a toxic cleaner in the tub and then send my daughter in there for her nightly bath. With this product, I do not have to worry. This is a quality product and the price is right. As a bonus, I have seen several coupons out there for seventh generation products, which can turn this product from reasonably priced to a great deal.

Since having children, I have been becoming more and more concious of both environmental and health concerns when making choices about what products to use in my home. I tried this Seventh Generation Free & Clear cleaner, hoping to replace my Clorox Cleanup for daily kitchen cleaning. I wanted something with mild scent that would work on floors, counters, the fridge, pretty much an all-purpose cleaner. The first thing I noticed about this product, is that it has no scent and no color. That's definitely an improvement over most of the mainstream cleaners. I have used this product on my counters and feel like it does a decent job. I used it on my kitchen floor and it really didn't work well though. It didn't cut the grease or stickiness (I have two preschoolers!) and seemed to leave a residue like many products do. I wouldn't use it on the floor again. I have found that I much prefer diluted vinegar to this cleaner. It is far cheaper, cuts grease better, and doesn't leave even a slight residue. I am still a 7th Generation fan, but this product could use some improvement to qualify as a true "all purpose" cleaner.
