It still feels new! It has not lost any of its cush or softness. Its still fluffy and not lumpy at all, like most mattresses get when you use them. We purchased this soon before we got married, we were shocked at the value for the price of the product! It is truly the nicest mattress either of us have ever purchased. It does not squeak when you move at night, and never sinks in. Its soft, yet <strong>very</strong> supportive! I have gone through two pregnancies and this mattress was such a relief on my very achy back during that time! We love our serta and will never go back to off-brand mattresses. Sometimes its worth it to pay a little more and get an awesome product that will last and last and last! I would recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a good mattress that will last.
