i am a person who likes comfortable mattresses serta pillowtop mattress, does not have enough cushion to support one who has stiffness in the low-back. like myself the non-cushion effect makes it hard for me to get out of bed. In my opinion it does not support the body. Instead , it looks nice it has a short thickness but you cannot sink into it and really be comfortable to the point of sleeping. Instead your are fighting because it causing more pain in the areas it should help support and surround to ensure compfort. it is not therapeutic, my back cannot handle that type of mattress, my back is more aggravated instead of being relaxed and comforted..
