We thought we were getting a top of the line mattress. We bought the most expensive one they had. We started feeling like it was caving in in the middle, so we tried flipping the mattress. It didn't work, we turned the mattress over and bought a tempurpedic foam topper and it did not help. Finally we decided to try to collect on the warranty because we did not feel satisfied with this mattress. The warranty company contacted us, but gave us no phone number to contact them. Then we got a letter in the mail that said the warranty is based on manufacture defects and not comfort and if there are any stains on the mattress it voids the warranty. The mattress inspector came to our house and measured our mattress and said that he could see it caving in at the top and on one side. He noted two small one inch stains on the mattress (which I was able to remove with stain remover) The company denied our claim on the warranty. I felt that this company was not interested in customer satisfaction. Yes, they got our money once, but I would not recommend them to anyone. It is frustrating to feel like we spent $1200 something on a mattress that we have only had for one year and it was supposed to have a 10 year warranty. This warranty is useless!!!!!!!!!!

Serta Pillowtop Mattress is not recommended by hunnybe824
I agree with this person. I wasted my money on buying a serta mattress. warranty was no good. What do I do with this $1200 mattress, besides take it to the county dump?
