Serta Memory Foam 3" Mattress Topper Review

I bought this Serta 3" memory form topper because my physical therapist recommended it for my back.  The problem is that my back wasn't bothering me, my hands were.  I would wake up with my hands numb.  After buying the topper and sleeping on it for a couple of nights, my hands no longer bother me.
