Good Morning all: I just woke up and felt so good that I had to write this review. In the past I would wake with back ache, legs hurting and sometimes my neck.. I picked one up before going to college, it was the best decision i've made. The dorm bed mattresses aren't that comfortable, so i added the mattress topper and it is like heaven to sleep on. I never wake up with any aches or sore spots. Every morning I feel energized and relaxed. I purchased this mattress from Shop NBC 3 years ago. They kept pushing their 10 YEAR NON PRO RATED WARRANTY! And the mattress was on special for $1000.00 So that sold me.
Well here I am sleeping on a banana shaped mattress. So I dig out the original paperwork and looked up the warranty information so that I may inquire about a replacement. Well the warranty speficially states that the matress has to be sagging more than 2". Well mine's sagging an inch and a half and it is very, very uncomfortable trying to sleep in a groove.
So I guess I'm stuck with a thousand dollar crappy mattress. But not...

Serta Ultimate 4-inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper
We couldn't afford a new mattress but desperately needed one. My hubby has back problems & I have Fibromyalgia so we were not getting good sleep. I bought the 3" Serta Memory Foam Mattress Topper with 2 pillows on Overstock.com for a great price and it was well worth the money! It is soft but supportive, esp the pillows. It forms to your body and I don't feel my hubby moving in the night. I also don't roll towards the center of the bed anymore! We are finally getting a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this product.
