The serta pillowtop mattress is by far the most comfortable mattress that I have slept on. Its firm but at the same time not too stiff and uncomfortable. Just enough support that even a person with back problems would enjoy. I fully reccomend this mattress to anyone who is shopping for one. Price is very competitive as well. Enjoy

I am curious to know how long you've been using this mattress? A good review is only beneficial if you mention how long the item has been in use. My mattress was wonderful for 2 months and then it began to sag and cause muscle pain.
