It was great for the first few years, and then I started having aches and pains, at first I blamed it on pillows. I recently purchased a Serta mattress and have not had a good night sleep since.  The body impressions after the first week of sleeping on the mattress were 3/4 inch after leaving all bedding off for the three hours as required to file a warranty claim.  Unfortunately the body impression wasn't the minimum 1.5 inches required for the claim to be filled.  A month in the body impressions right after sleeping reached over 3 inches but unfortunately bounced back to around 1 inch after three hours.  I called both the store where I purchased and Serta...

We just got our Serta Pillow Top Firm Matress within the last couple of weeks- and we like it.  If I had one complaint- and I don't even know if I'd call it that- is that its more bouncy than our previous mattress.  Meaning, when my husband thrashs about, I feel it more now than I did on the old mattress.  ON the plus side- its a very comfortable mattress, especially since I'm pregnant and need all the help in the comfort department that I can get!  And since we've upgraded to a larger size mattress, we're both a lot happier with our added personal space! I was told years ago to get a motionless waterbed for my back pain. It is a joy to just lay in bed and watch television or read a book in comfort for the very first time, if you have not experience this mattress I suggest that you give it a try.

This seriously is the most amazing mattress I have slept on in a long time. My whole nine months of pregnancy was horrible on other mattress', springs were bothering me REALLY bad. and I was just tossing and turning throughout the whole entire night!
