I'm not a Buffy fan, I didn't watch the short-lived Firefly series that this movie is a continuation of either.  Josh W. created both....and this movie. — I found this film clever and very entertaining, more interesting and fun than the last 4 Star Wars films (though that might not be saying much I realize). — It's fairly close to an excellent Star Trek spin-off.  Unique of course, but it probably wouldn't have happened were it not for Kirk and Spock. — The crew of the Serenity is in trouble. I get any thing that is reccommended to me as a decent movie. — I was SURPRISED in a very HAPPY way!!! — I fell in love with the characters, and was very sad when the movie was over. At the end of viewing the movie I watched ALL the special effects and saw the commentary by the movie's director. Apparently this movie had been based on a TV show that ran for only one season: Firefly.. I promptly got on the computer and found the tv episodes and put them in my queue so I could watch them!
