One of the things that is most frustrating about makeup is trying to find something that will help quickly to look more awake and bright eyed when you have not had a good night's rest.

Another thing that is difficult for me is trying to find eyeliners that will stay on my waterline or around my eye without causing ANY eye irritation or watering at all. I just about gave up trying to find anything that would fill that need.

This stuff really impressed me! I find it better in quality and color than Urban Decay's 24/7 liners. Metallic sheen (not glitter). Stays on forever. Creamy in application.
