    very reasonable price, waterproof, goes on like butter, lasts ALL DAY, no skipping

This stuff really impressed me!  I find it better in quality and color than Urban Decay's 24/7 liners.  Metallic sheen (not glitter).  Stays on forever.  Creamy in application.
