Sephora —

I frequently order from sephora and have always been impressed with the wide selection of products, the fast shipping time and the free samples. A few weeks ago, I placed a gift order for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, I entered an old address for her mailing address. When I realized my error, I contacted sephora's customer service number. The representative was very helpful, located the order, and said that she would contact UPS to provide them with the correct address.

When I spoke to my friend and heard that the gift had yet to arrive, I again contacted sephora's customer service. The rep researched the order and discovered that while UPS had told them that the address change was successful, they had still shipped to the old address. She immediately placed a replacement order free of charge to the correct address.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from both reps. They were immediately able to suggest a solution that solved my issue and were friendly and polite. I would highly recommend shopping from sephora's online site.
