Sentry Pro Xfc Flea & Tick Squeeze On for Dogs 40 60lbs Reviews

Last night my husband put this sentry Pro XFC on my two little girls and within 2 hrs they were running around, throwing up, crying, twitching, and scratching,  My husband gave them a bath and that helped a little bit, but my oldest girl was up all night walking around and crying, Today they are a little better hopefully by tomorrow they will be themselves.  I'm planning on returning the last application on Monday back to Pet Smart and I will speak to the manager and ask him to remove this from their shelves, NO animal should go thru this for any amount of money.

We were out of town visiting on a farm when I found a tick on one of my 70 + pound dobermans.  Our tick and flea product normally used is Vectra, very expensive but very effective.  We just wanted to protect the dogs short term until we were back home and could give the Vectra so I purchased SentryPro XFC from Petsmart in Dothan, Alabama.

We just moved here to the Portland, Or area for a new job...Moving costs really put us under and we have been living paycheck to paycheck.  For years now We have been buying Frontline but times have been hard so We had to buy something that our wallets could afford.
We have 2 dogs, our oldest is a 8yr old american pitbull terrier and our second is a 2yr old chinese crested. We have never never never had problems with frontline in the past with our pitbull and it has never done anything to our crested especially when we dont even put it on her(hairless).

I agree that Sentry Pro Xfc Flea & Tick Killer is Horrible!! We bought it like others, because it's a good price (cheap) compared to Advantage etc. We should've just stuck w/ the expensive stuff. This Horrible Product is an absolute NIGHTMARE. As others have said in the reviews I just read, my dog started acting strange after a few hours. I purchased this product roughly 45 minutes ago for my 2 AKC champion boxers.  Cheap and convenient.  The two worst resons i'll ever consider another product for my babies.  The female within 15 minutes was rubbing all over everything so i jumped online and found this duscussion.  Thank God.  My male was beginning to act clumsey and very drooly as i bathed the female with dishsoap.  I am now done bathing both dogs severely and they are resting soundly infront of a space heater under my legs as normal.  Thank god i cought this early and got the product off their skin before any major damage...

Senrty Pro XFC  is not a product that I would recommend to anybody! I was at Petsmart buying my two dogs their food; picked this up because I was out of Frontline Plus. Big mistake!!!  My two boxers are itching like crazy. They are rubbing on everything and scratching constantly. Gave them a bath and then benadryl. Called my vet and she told me to wash them with Dawn and continue the benadryl. Also to call her in the morning and let her known how they are doing.  My older boxer has even vomit a few times. I will never ever buy this product again. I love them to much to ever cause them this much...

I used SentryPro xfc on my labrador, and it nearly poisoned her to death.  She's still not in the clear.  After she reacted this way I did some research and learned that she's not alone -- this product has caused neurological disorders and nerve damage in many many dogs.  It poisons dogs through their skin.  Dogs on this product develope behavioral problems and often have seizures.  My poor lab cried all night long after this was used on her.  Do yourself and your dog a favor, don't buy it!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS! We had the same experience with Sentry Flea and Tick Treatment. After finding a tick on her yesterday applied this treatment to our Westie, no more than an hour later she started itching and scratching uncontrollably. She was obviously in a great deal of discomfort so we bathed her and washed the treatment off. It didn't totally fix the problem but it seemed to help. This stuff is awful, don't use it.

Pro Xfc Flea and Tick killer poisoned my dog,making her produce a lot of saliva and trembling. She had to be taken to the emergency vet and given Iv's and muscle relaxers. This product is garbage and could have killed my dog along with the fleas and ticks!! Make petsmart take it off the shelves.

We got this for my dogs fleas. Two applications later, he still had fleas! WE ended up taking him to the vet and getting Frontgate.

This was an absolute waste of money! As a flea and tick killer AND as a preventative. Thankfully I was able to return the last month's supply (there are three) and receive a full credit at PetSmart (where this was purchased). I knew that I should have just went and bought advantage (which i knew was a sure bet) but wanted to try this product first...thinking I was saving money. My dog has never been more misrable with constant fleas!

 Best thing to do is to just bathe your pet with DAWN, (an excellent flea bath by the way). I will never buy these products again!
