Trick for it being most effective

an alergy sufferer, into good oral hygiene, watching my weight

whitens pretty well, is minty fresh, relieves sensitive tooth pain

Have to leave it on for effectiveness.

Sensodyne Extra Whitening Toothpaste —

I tried using this toothpast, reccomended by my dentist, but it didn't really work for me. When I told him this he asked if when I brush my teeth do I rinse my mouth out right away afterwards? I thought everyone did? He said that the medication in the toothpaste has to be in contact with your teeth and gums for awhile for it to really work. He suggested that after I brushed my teeth, rinsed my mouth (Of course?) to put a little of the toothpaste on my finger and rub it into my teeth and gums, concentrating on sensitive areas and then just leave it there. I tried this and IT WORKED GREAT!!
