I purchased this coffee maker a couple of months ago, and i really like it. It is meant to brew one cup at a time, which I really enjoy. It's perfect for everyone to be able to choose if they would like a dark or light brew. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a different and fun way to make coffee. Brew Performance I love how my coffee always comes out nice and hot. I also really like how dark the coffee comes out. I love a nice, strong roast. Ease of Cleaning This machine is actually really simple to clean compared to other coffee makers I have bought in the past. Ease of Use Once you use it a couple of times, it's not so hard to get the hang of it. Design The design is one of the main reasons that I purchased this small coffee maker. Durability I have owned this machine for a couple of months now, and it works completely great every time I use it. However, I truly do not use it more than once or twice per week, so I do not know if it would be durable enough for everyday use.

I used this machine when I was single and did not have a lot of time in the morning to make a pot of coffee and drink it. It was a great option for me then. But when my boyfriend moved in with two of us trying to get coffee in a hurry in the morning it did not work out so well. It does not take as long as waiting for a drip coffee maker to brew but when you are in a hurry to get out the door the last thing you want to do is wait for someone else to hurry up and brew them a cup of coffee. We ended up getting a second coffee maker to stop these delays in the morning. But on the positive side it did make some of the best tasting coffee I have ever drank out of a machine at home. Brew Performance Great tasting coffee came from this machine. It was too slow for me to brew 2 cups in the morning when we were in a hurry to rush out the door. But there were a lot of options for different coffees to choose from. I was well pleased with this machine. Ease of Cleaning This is a fairly easy machine to keep clean and performing well. I simply kept it wiped down well and ran vinegar water through it once a month to keep the insides cleaned. Ease of Use This machine is very easy to use. Simply fill with water, add the coffee pod, close and press a button. Extremely easy and much faster than a drip coffee machine. Design I love the look of this machine. It is unique and space age looking. It worked well for our large coffee cups and travel cups. I wish it came in different colors to better coordinate with the kitchen appliances. But over all this is a great looking machine. Durability I used this machine hard. Every day and on the weekends it did much over time. I had it for many years before it finally died.

I've had the Senseo coffee maker for many years. I had this before the Keurig Brewers even came out. I have a blue machine which I really like because it goes with the other colorful items I have in my kitchen. I did get a Keurig when it came out, but I still like my Senseo and the coffee that it makes. One of the features I like is the ability to either make a single or a double without much fuss. The machine brews the coffee very quickly and it is a very easy machine to clean. One thing I've never had trouble with is the machine getting clogged (that is something that has happened to me several times with the Keurig). Another thing I like about the Senseo is that I get a frothy cup of coffee and you feel like you are getting a treat in a coffee shop. I also think it's better for the environment as the pods are just made from paper and there isn't plastic involved. On an aside, the only problem I see now is that it is difficult to find one in the US and the price is sky high!!!

The Senseo Single-Cup Gourmet Coffee Maker SL7810-65 is a great single cup coffee maker. It was made well before the Keurig came out, and was one of the first systems of it's kind. It brews up to an eight ounce single cup of coffee, and all you have to do is add a flavored coffee pod to it. I love it because it's hassle free, and it's easy to clean. All you have to do to use it is insert a pod, add water, and press the easy touch to start button. The great thing about the Senseo is that it has a variety of different coffees and strengths to choose from. I could have decaf, mild, medium, and dark coffee. There is also a big variety of flavors to choose from like hazelnut, Irish cream, cappuccino, vanilla, and more. I like that I can have the exact cup and flavor of coffee every time I use it, and it comes out perfect every time. It was the very first single cup pod coffee maker that I had, and it was great. I loved it, and I would say that it was almost just as good as the Keurig that I have now. Brew Performance You can choose the strength of the brew that you want with the Senseo. You can only make one cup at a time but it has the perfect brew, it's smooth, hot, and strong just the way I like it. Ease of Cleaning All you need to clean is the pod holder, water tank, and drip pan. I used to just throw them in the dishwasher, and then wipe down the outside of the machine really quick. It's really easy to clean, and it's not hassle at all. Ease of Use It's extremely easy to use, because of it's simple design. All you have to do is fill it with water, put a pod into it, and push the button. Putting in the pod and removing it is very simple as well. You can also choose what strength of coffee you want too. Design It has a really simple design, and it isn't big or bulky. It didn't take up much room on my counter top at all which was great. It was very sleek, modern, and compact. It looked great with any kitchen décor. The design made it simple to use. Durability I had the Senseo as well, before I bought the Keurig. I would say durability wise it isn't as good as a Keurig, but it did last me for quite a while before I eventually got rid of it and replaced it. It was durable though, and probably would have kept working for awhile if I hadn't have replaced it.

Before Keurig was the go-to single brew coffee maker the Senseo was taking over kitchen counters. I had one when I lived in San Diego and it was a passing fad; the price of the pods were what kept me from using it on a regular basis and even when companies came out with knock-off pods that could be used in the machines there weren't a lot of flavors to pick from. The biggest perk to using this is that you can adjust the brew strength so if you buy a regular breakfast blend of coffee but want it to come off a little stronger you can achieve that with the strength selector. It takes up less space than a Keurig but needs to be cleaned more often; that's one of the trade-offs when you are considering which brand to get. When Senseo was bought by Philips they did more advertising with the brand name but opted to stick with the Senseo name instead of changing it. The Senseo machines are now marketed under the Hamilton Beach name but use the Senseo coffee pods. I drink too much coffee to really benefit from this; when I moved it gave it to a neighbor who still has it and uses it about four times a week. She loves it and the fact that it doesn't take up a lot of space on her counter. Ease of Use This model is extremely easy to use but does allow you to choose your brew strength Design It takes up less space than a Keurig.

There are not a lot of moving parts and this makes the machine a "no-hassle" coffee making system. It is also very compact for easy storage in either the cabinet or directly on the kitchen counter. I never developed a taste for coffee until I got married 8 years ago and we got this machine as a gift. I discovered how easy it was to make one cup of coffee. There is a wide variety of flavors to chose from and you can easily add your own special touches to make it even better. I packed away the machine about a year ago cause the pod's are no longer available locally and didn't want to purchase the pods online with shipping so costly. Brew Performance The machine brews fast and fills a single coffee cup up quickly . Ease of Cleaning I can easily wipe the machine down,and toss the filters and water storage in the dishwasher for fast cleaning. Ease of Use Its really easy to use ! I had no trouble at all figuring out how to use it,take it apart to clean and put back together. Design Simple design,and plenty of room for a single coffee cup to fill up. Durability It was still working perfectly after seven years of use when I packed it away about a year ago.

When Senseo coffee machines came out, they were pretty much the first type of machine where you could get a coffee cup at the push of a button, and I got one right away because I love espressos and cannot start my day without having one or two. At first at was very happy with it and felt the coffee strength was pretty good, but after using it for about a year, it felt like the coffee kept getting worse and worse, even though I still used the same pods. Eventually, it completely broke down on me and stopped working. I bought a Nespresso machine instead, which makes a much better espresso. Senseo coffee machines are good for people who like a mild coffee and aren't too worried about getting a strong espresso. Brew Performance It started out pretty decent but over time the coffee started to taste really water downed even though I kept using the same pods. Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean, some of the parts go in the dishwasher, easy maintenance as long as you descale your machine at least once every few months. Ease of Use Very easy to use, turn the machine on, place a pod in the slot, push the button for either a long drink or a short drink. Design The design is quite simple, nothing ground breaking here, I do wish the first version had an automatic shut off option. Durability I do not think that my Senseo machine lasted as long as it should have, much like a vacuum which will lose suction over time, my machine slowly but surely started making mediocre coffee. And then it died after about a year and a half.

I love my Senseo Single Cup Coffee Maker. It helps me make a quick, easy and good tasting cup of coffee. Its as easy as put water in the tank, pick you coffee pod, place your cup and push a button. It takes less than 2 minutes to make you coffee so it is great for the morning rush. With the variety of flavors available, you can satisfy every coffee drinker in the house. I am a little lazy so I purchased the larger water tank so I only had to refill the tank after every 6 cups instead of 3. I also purchased an additional unit for my office. While the pods are a little hard to find in the stores now, I purchase them in bulk online so that I always have some. My only complaint is that when you are making coffee the unit is a little loud. Ease of Cleaning Just place the pod holder, water tank and drip pan in the dishwasher and wipe the unit with a damp cloth. Ease of Use This is a super easy to use coffee maker Design The design is sleek and modern.

My all time favorite coffee maker. No other machine in this price range (that I know of) makes coffee with that wonderful layer of foam, or crema, on top. And the taste is excellent. I much prefer it over my Keurig. Durability I've been using mine for over five years now, with no problems.
