I just saw on the computer ad today on this product 'sensa' that is another supposively weight loss gimmick. i have never heard of it until now and i never saw it being advertised on tv or anywhere else. well i really cannot say that it is not reliable or good. i guess because i have had so many disappointments in the different weight loss programs. Sensa is a crystal like substance that you sprinkle on any and everything you eat. It uses your senses(i guess this is how they got the name) of smell and taste to help you get more satisfaction from eating less. they say the more your body craves less the more you lose weight. this was discovered by Dr. Alan Hirsch and it has been researched for 25 years. it comes in a shaker like salt and pepper to sprinkle the content on your food. the contents that are not in sensa are: sodium free. sugar free, gluten-free, msg free, and calorie free. so it is free of many things but i did not read what exactly is in it. they said you will receive like a 6 months supply which is i believe they said two shakers. one for home and one to take with you. they have a payment installment plan that ends up being $200.00 for the product. the only weight loss plan that worked for me in the past and has a variety of great tasting food is 'nutri-system. unfortunatley i cannot afford it. but i would rather spend the $200.00 for nutri-system than $200.00 for 'sensa' sprinkles. i hope to hear from someone who have actually tried it.
