Seminole Community College Review

Seminole Community College, now known as Seminole State College, has provided many opportunities for those who cannot afford or were not able to attend a university their first years of school. They have many programs and a very social environment. During the summer, I was able to work through their community service project in which I was an assistant teacher for little kids. I was able to talk to some of the students attending the college. The professors are very accomodating and truly care about their students. The class size is smaller which makes it a better working environment. The campus is big and does not provide housing but does provide many specialized areas for those who want to major in a variety of areas. It is a great way for students tojump start their career and become successful in the future. Many students get their act together and are able to advance their education while having a closer relationship with their teachers. This is a good way to network and get more out of their learning environment.
