Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed 5000 —

I was not very happy with the comfort level of this matress. Infact we are no longer using the bed because it was so uncomfortable. Waste ot money for sure. If you are looking for a new matress please at least go and test it out before your dumb girlfriend gets online and orders one. I would never buy this bed. It took too long to put together and didn't even come with a frame. It is just a huge mess.

Hello, I’m Kristin. I work for Select Comfort in the customer service department. I am so sorry to hear you are not happy with your Sleep Number bed! Since many customers already have furniture they are adding a new bed to, we do not include the cost of the bed to include a frame. Of course, our beds do work with any standard bed frame. The good news is if you are willing to call into customer service at 1-800-472-7185, we can get the bed back to comfortable for you. The important thing is for you to get a good night ' s sleep .
