This bed is the first thing my husband and I bought after we were married just over a year ago. It has made a huge change in both of our lives. We sleep better at night, we wake up happy and I no longer have to walk around like I am a hundred years old when I first get out of bed in the morning. I wake up 100% pain free! Another great thing about the sleep number bed is that we didn't have to choose a mattress based on firmness and actually agree on something. He sleeps at a 60 and I like it soft at 35. This bed was a little expensive but they had a special no interest for 12 months and $250 off the bed we wanted so we took the plunge. My husband has a bad back and we were hoping this would help him. I don't think anything will help his back except surgery - but I got a new bed! Somedays he says the bed helps somedays not so much but I do enjoy the bed - I think I sellp much better - a lot less tossing and turning for me (and I used to toss & turn all night) so I think it was worth the cost - nothing better than a good night's… read full review »

This is the best thing that I ever bought. I sleep all through the night and don't toss and turn. I'm currently pregnant and being able to adjust to my growing body has been heaven sent. It took me a long time to decide what bed to purchase and as soon as I laid down on this bed I knew it would be perfect. I used to have a pillow top spring mattress and it didn't adjust to my body like my Sleep Number. This is absolutely the best purchase my husband and I have made in the past 3 years - we had an old box springs/matress combo when I got pregnant with our first child and I was NOT sleeping much at all and was always sore when I woke up. We bought our Sleep Number bed and the change was noticible the first night! I started sleeping more (except for those nightly trips to the bathroom) and woke up feeling great. This is such a comfortable mattress.And being able to adjust two sides to different levels is wonderful. Now my husband and I both have comfortables beds within the same bed.
