Select Comfort C3 Queen Mattress and Foundation Review

The Select Comfort C3 bed takes a bit of getting used too.  I was very surprised at what a difference a little bit of air makes.  I'm not talking about moving from 30 to 50, I'm talking about moving from 35 to a softer 35!  That said, once I found my ideal spot, it really made an incredible difference.  I sleep better, I wake up without my back hurting.  It was definately worth it.

You should really look closely at the difference between the different versions.  For instance, the difference between a C2 and a C3 is changing the remote to digital.  To me that was worth it but I was surprised at how these very small upgrades changed the name of the bed.  

Something else to consider is, as the booklet accompanying the bed will tell you, tempature changes will result in the air being more or less compressed within the mattress.  Again it isn't difficult to work around but it was something I'd never have thought of - if you have big tempature changes during the night you might want to avoid this.

Pretty much every review out there says this but I will too - read the warentee, it isn't as good as those commercials make it sound.  It is still good, but some people just blindly follow the commercials and then later feel like they were tricked.

Set up was easy.  As a single woman it took me about an hour.  I never did get the foundation to "click" together but it is stable and flat so good enough.  Everything is very light so that was a non-issue.

My only disappointment with this bed is that you cannot set it to a number and then let the bed do its thing.  You have to hold the button up or down until the desired setting is reached.  Other than that, great bed.  I definately would buy from again.
