Very highly recommend for someone that sweats as hard as it rains in a jungle (an athletic person) but yet, still happens to have sensitive skin, or just do sent want to be exposed to really harsh strong chemicals. Truly a great alternative to the 'product chemical overload' that DOMINATES the market right now. Aside from regularly exercising (sweat), I naturally have really sensitive skin in some areas & cant handle most types of deodorant without getting a painful rash. But this antiperspirant is a true remedy to that. I can use it anytime (on wet- semi-air-dried skin, fully dry crisp skin, even directly following a Fresh underarm shave), with absolutely NO problem. I tested its "sensitivity" with a REALLY close, in-depth underarm shave & IMMEDIATELY followed up with the 'for sensitive skin' deodorant, & I didn't feel ANYTHING! No Burning, No Itching, Bumpy irritation, not even a rash! This is s product that actually DOES what it says it will do :)

Honestly, my title is true! I only need to use Secret Clinical once a week!  I have used Secret Powder Spray for years.  I think my body built immunity to it.  Recently, I decided to give Secret Clinical a whirl.  Needless to say, I smelled whiffs of freshness all day! I was so surprised it was me and I was so surprised that it was my deoderant and not a perfume! *This may sound a little weird, but once I forgot to put it on in the morning and I came home, took a shower and still smelled fabulous!!!!!* I went on vacation the following day and forgot to pack my deoderant and there was actually no odor coming from my pits!! I amnot sure how healthy it is for something to block your ducts but I only use Secret Clinical once a week!!!! It is all the protection I need! This is major and amazing at the same time!!! I will say it is quite pricey when compared to regular deoderants, however, using it once a week makes it VERY affordable!!!! Please try it if you haven't!!!!

We have really hot Summers,very humid and muggy.  I had a few occasions that I wnted to stay especially dry or was wearing a sleveless top, so I bought the Clinical Strength.  I do feel like I stayed dry most of the day.  But there were other issues that sent me back to my everyday antiperspirant. First-it was really irritating.  Especially right after shaving in the shower. It would burn a bit and leave a rash.  When I want to wear a tank, irritation is not going to cut it.  So that was a dealbreaker. Second-it smelled funny.  I could smell the obviously perfume-y scent. But there is also a strange plastic chemical smell.  And the longer I wore it, the stronger that scent became.  Its possible that its just my body chemistry, but either way, I did not like it. So while it worked like it claims, I did not like it overall.  I am not a heavy sweater, so I can live witout it and will probably not purchase it again.

I always had problems with deodorant clumping up under my arms, no matter ifs the invisable ot the solid. I receved a sample and I noticed the first day i did not have no clumping at all. Now I buy it all the time, cuz I dont want to buy anything else.

I had been tempted to buy the clinical deodorant since it first came out, but given my sensitive skin that I've documented in other reviews, I always hesitated. It wasn't until I was preparing to go to a wedding that I spotted the sensitive skin version of Secret's clinical strength deodorant and then it was too tempting to resists.  Silky gowns and polyester always seem to make me sweat no matter how much or what type of deodorant I use, so I was skeptical.  I tried it out for the first time on the nine hour day of plane travel.  I can't stand the feeling of wet armpits especially in close confined spaces (like the crammed together seats in coach), and I was pleasantly surprised that I stayed mostly dry the entire day.  I say mostly dry because towards the end I was perspiring a bit more than I would've liked to, but my husband, who had also bought a men's clinical strength deodorant for the trip, asked me if I had applied it the night before.  I looked at him strangely until he pointed out that the directions say to apply it the night before.  I found this weird but gave it a try the night before the wedding and it worked like a charm.  Although it does make me wonder how exactly the product works....
