I've been a member of Second Life for almost 2 years now. I enjoy it. I've met some really nice people to talk to. I've also met a bunch of pervs who I've muted (blocked). Second Life (known as SL) allows my alter ego to come out! :) I can have huge houses. I can travel the SL world and I can dress in all the latest fashions and not spend a fortunre.
SL allows me to log on at night and explore and talk to friends. One thing bad about SL is that the online population has grown so fast that the servers can't keep up with the demand. There is a lot of lag.
Log on and try SL. It's free and fun once you get the hang of it.
