I learned a valuable lesson and SEARS has ALL of my business.

While in search of a man's wedding band to replace the one my hubby lost, I found the ring at my area Sears for $179 less than other area stores. This was not a sales price, rather an every day selling price. THANKS Sears!!!

Good store. Poor delivery/repair center phone service.

I have had 2 terrible experiences dealing with automated phone service - one for repair center and the other for delivery. Customer service personnel should speak fluent English and understand what "customer service" means. It undermines all of the good aspects of Sears.

Sears continues to sell the best large appliances.

Sears at this location has good prices on Kenmore large appliances, such as washers and dryers. When I moved earlier this year, I went to Sears first to shop for new appliances.
